Why should I choose Lobo?
Because we have kick ass parties and events for our members! But seriously, we like to have fun, but also know our stuff. We have highly qualified trainers who stay up to date with the science and deliver a session/class like no other gym around. As soon as you walk through our door, we are invested in you. #LoboLife
How do I get started?
The most beneficial way to get going on your fitness journey is to contact us to schedule your Free Fitness Evaluation, or stop in during business hours.
Why should I choose personal training?
Exercise is a science. Let the professionals help you get started the right way. We can show you a program that fits your body and your goals. From there you can choose to do it on your own, or continue to meet with us and keep things progressing. Don't waste your time doing something if you don't know what you are doing.
Why should I choose classes?
If you have a base fitness level and want to get into great shape and enjoy the community feel, classes may be the right choice for you. If you have not worked out for a while, we suggest a couple training sessions to get you up to speed.
Can I access Lobo whenever I want to?
Yes, if you sign up for a monthly membership, or one that includes "Open Gym" you will be given a 24/7 access fob.
Is there an age requirement to work out at Lobo?
Yes and No.
Yes. You need to be 18+ to come and work out at Lobo on your own. You cannot come with a parent. Safety is everything when it comes to fitness. We cannot assume parents are showing their kids correct form and advice.

No. There is no age requirement for personal training sessions, but we suggest no earlier than middle school age kids. If the trainer feels comfortable with your quality of movements, they may also clear you for group exercise classes.
Does Lobo have a locker room?
We currently do not. We have two bathrooms as changing rooms, but no showers or lockers.
I have a lot of health issues. Is it safe for me to exercise?
We have highly qualified trainers that are certified to work with a multitude of people and programming effectively for their conditions. However, during your fitness evaluation, we may ask you to get cleared from your doctor.
Do you have a weight loss program?
We do not use generic programs. We customize a plan on every client differently dependent on their goals.
