The Alpha

The Alpha is the most advanced class at Lobo.  Participants should already have a good fitness level and be able to pass pre-requisite list of exercises.  Class will be broken up into a 15 minute warm up, 30 minutes of intensity, and a 10 minute cool down. Expect a lot of sweat and full body conditioning. 

The Omega

The Omega is our intermediate class.  It runs a total of 55 minutes with a warm up and cool down.  All fitness levels are invited to work out muscle groups with a combination of body weight, equipment and cardio.  Modifications will be available for each participant. 

Grey Wolf

The Grey Wolf is a 55 minute class targeting the older generation, preparing you for your hobbies outside of the gym.  Fight the aging process and move with mobility!  Anyone over 50 is welcome.

The Pack

This 30 minute intermediate class will leave you sweating and get you out the door in no time.  Expect a fast paced cardio focused class.
